erуthromуcin an antibiotic belonging to the group of macrolides with a spectral effect on Gram (+) strains and some Gram (-) strains reversibly binds to the 50S ribosome subunit of sensitive bacteria and inhibits protein synthesis. The main effect of is bacteriostatic, but it can kill bacteria at high concentrations for very sensitive strains. In addition, erуthromуcin also reduces the concentration of free fatty acids in sebum, indirectly inhibiting the conversion of triglycerides to fatty acids, or directly affecting the formation of fatty acids in the cell.
